PAVING THE WAY FOR NEW LUXURY CONDOS and RETAIL IN INMAN PARK.
THE PROJECT: In 2007, our team commenced development on a new 108 unit, six story, mid-density, podium-parked project, located in the Inman Park neighborhood of Atlanta. This luxury condominium development also housed 8,000 square feet of new street-level retail/restaurant space.
THE CATALYST: With a vision to identify a growth market, 870 Inman was a front-runner to revitalize Inman Park as a walkable neighborhood with condos, apartments, and retail. With 108 condo units and 8,000 square feet of retail space, 870 Inman quickly became an "it" destination to live, work, play and shop. The retail space at 870 Inman attracted locals and tourists and our location became a destination for independent boutiques, shops and eateries in the area before much of N. Highland Avenue was developed.
RESULTS: This project was the #2 selling condominium deal in Atlanta in 2008 and 2009. The project is 100% sold and closed-out.
