THE PROJECT: In the Spring of 2017, Catalyst commenced development on a new 281 unit, Class-A apartment community in Winter Springs, Florida. The 12-acre site will be developed at a projected cost of $42 million to set a new benchmark in Winter Springs apartment living with this luxury, 3-level, garden-style community.
Unique to the market with ultra high-tech features and amenities, the community also pulls influence from Mid-Century Modern designs and contemporary Scandinavian styling. Positioned on Michael Blake Boulevard, the developing community was effectively named "The Blake" as both associative of the local thoroughfare as well as to capture the desired retro-contemporary brand personality.
